With all the recent news of the down trend in Real Estate a few more bad news spot have hit Windham.

The Lowes deal at the C.C. Lounsbury property on Main Street which has been on again and off again. Yes it is off again and this time there has been no noise of Lowes coming back.

Also on Main Street, D'Angelos is closing, there lease expires the end of July and although they had options ubtil 2016, they opted out of renewals.
